DELIVERING & TRACKING
KYVR takes great care in preparing your order and entrusting it to our courier partners. However, we are unable to assume responsibility for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen customs clearance procedures, or any circumstances beyond our control, including local or international duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be levied by your country.
Tracking details are shared with you via email as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner. We kindly encourage you to monitor your shipment for real-time status and estimated delivery timelines.
Please note that tracking availability may vary by destination country and courier network.
In certain instances, customs authorities may open gift-wrapped packages for inspection. We kindly ask you to take note of this possibility when placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
KYVR accepts returns within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for approval. This timeframe ensures both product integrity and a smooth customer experience.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is opened, used, torn or damaged, then the return is not eligible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, KYVR will arrange for a replacement or refund. Customers are requested to notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images to help us resolve the issue promptly. To start a return, you can contact us at care@thekyvr.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of skincare products, certain items such as opened products, sample sizes, and promotional or discounted items may not be eligible for return. This helps us maintain strict hygiene and quality standards across all products.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
